DreamScapes
Duration: 48 Hour UX Design Sprint
Tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop
Context
The project is the result of a Design Hackathon, 48 hours sprint organised shared as part of a community building exercise during my junior year at NID. It involves creating a design solution for users to maintain a digital journal where they can document their dreams in different formats, granting them the creative freedom to express their thoughts through visual representations.
This initiative exemplifies my capability to delve into various functionalities and merge UX with the showcases design sensibilities into a digital product that resonates with user needs.

48 Hours Design Sprint Brief
How might we enable users to creatively document and reflect on their dreams by maintaining a digital journal that supports multiple formats of expression?

Introducing DreamScapes
Iterating through various layout explorations helped establish a foundation for developing a widget-style interface.

The visual section of the dream journal allows the user to build dynamic representations of various triggers
With more time I would
Cross-Platform Compatability
User-Testing
Develop the application for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, web) to reach a broader audience and ensure a consistent user experience across devices.
Conduct usability testing with a diverse user group to gather insights on the application's functionality and user experience. This feedback ensure that the app is intuitive to navigate
Refine Inquiry and Details
While I am satisfied with the colors and information architecture, conducting more in-depth research during the initial stages could have provided greater insights into how customers navigate their journey, enabling more user-centric details to be incorporated
