Challenge Approached

With more time I would,

Dive deeper in the initial Inquiry phase; Although I identified stakeholders such as Parents and Children,  the core target users as per the brief —I aim to explore improvement opportunities for other users, such as drivers, and the specialised staff, which is an integral part of the service to develop a more cohesive and comprehensive service intervention.

Due to the nature of this project, a design sprint, the goal was to  learn the design steps integral to address a brief and create use flows for the newly pitched startup but it would be interesting to analyze and quantify which parts of the features worked and how.

Context

The project is an exploration of a design sprint brief, shared as part of an academic elective, with a real design studio, YellowChalk. The primary goal was understanding how to approach and address briefs effectively. This project exemplifies my ability to explore diverse functionalities and seamlessly integrate UX with refined design sensibilities.

As I approached this brief in largely 3 segments of - Inquiry, Customer Journey and Design Language,  the end result of this design sprint is to gain the understanding of the approach to address industry challenges rather than a complete prototype.
